Keep It Golden, San Diego!

Top Chef, Brooke Williamson, showcased California's clean energy in our food truck. From 9 am to 4 pm, we offered free gourmet tacos with local ingredients, symbolizing sustainability. After 4 pm, the truck transformed to highlight the drawbacks of conventional "dirty" energy, and we began charging for the tacos, emphasizing the importance of embracing renewables.

Sitck A Reminder

We turned our Power Down symbol into a magnet and gave it to Californians to use as a reminder on appliances in their own homes.

Over 5,000 Californians made their way over to learn more about our food truck and how they could help spread our clean energy message.

Solar Panel Billboard

We continued to spread our message by making a billboard charged from solar panels. At night, our “Keep It Golden” sign ran on solar power to shine brightly for all of San Diego to see.
